How to Access Our Services

Follow these steps to receive assistance.
Step 1
Contact Us
By phone (785) 390-0102 or in-person. Ask if a bed is available and find out what is needed for intake.
Step 2
Intake Process
Meet with staff and complete our intake forms. Intake is between 3pm-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Step 3
Assessment
Staff will determine your needs and set up an appointment for case management.
Step 4
Resource Allocation
During case management, your services will be tailored to your specific situation.
Step 5
Transition Plans
Goals and a plan for stable housing will be created and established.
